Stationery orders take a minimum of six weeks from inquiry to delivery, but this timeline can be elongated during peak seasons. Once you have submitted your wish list, we will provide you with a estimated timeline by which you can expect your custom deliverables. The process from order to delivery can move quickly depending on your responsiveness. We will make every effort to fulfill orders quickly to make sure that our stationery is a part of your wedding story.
The minimum order quantity for Collection pieces is 25 count.
As you begin carefully crafting your guest list, we recommend that you separate out your family count (the number of family units) versus your individuals count (total number of guests). The family count will be useful for selecting the number of Invitations or Thank You Cards that you may need, pieces where each family unit receives just one. While the individuals count will be useful for pieces where each person receives their own, such as Escort Cards or Programs.
If you are choosing to do calligraphy for addressing your envelopes or Escort Cards, please keep in mind that many calligraphers require 10-25% extra. Generally we recommend ordering supplemental quantities of each piece for contingency purposes and to save as an heirloom.
Our Collections provide you with the opportunity to collaborate with our design team to tailor our pieces to fit your personal style. After you submit your wish list, we provide you with a text & palette form with our press colors and guidance for crafting your copy. We invite you, and will work with you, to alter the wording and colors of our pieces to perfectly fit your wedding needs.
In the event that you may need more than one round of edits with one free digital proof for approval for printing, each additional round of edits with digital proof are available for a fee of $55.
Paper Stock & Printing Methods
Each piece in Yuling Designs’ signature Collections is offered as a certain printing method, as noted in the descriptions. We recommend handling all of your paper pieces with care and storing them in a dry and moderate temperature environment. Due to the differences in monitor calibrations, the colors of your pieces may vary slightly from the images on our site.
Our letterpress pieces are printed with highest quality on 110 lb. cotton cover stock. Each ink color is applied via a custom plate that creates the impression for a textured tactility. With the artisanal quality of letterpress printing comes subtle variations in color, inking, and impression.
For flat printing, we offer these pieces on luxuriously thick 120 lb. cover stock with a subtle eggshell textured finish. This modern printing method prints an array of colors at one time, allowing for more colorful designs. We can print any of our Collection pieces with this method.
Foil stamping is available for select pieces in the Collections, sometimes in conjunction with letterpress or flat printing, and creates a slightly impressed, beautiful metallic sheen.
At this time Yuling Designs only ships domestically to any locale within the United States. We offer flat rate USPS shipping for all Collection pieces. The cost of shipping varies depending on the size of your order. Once you have submitted your order, we will respond with pricing that includes the cost of your shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and estimated arrival dates.

All shipments within New York are subject to the state sales tax rate.

All of our products are proudly printed in America and hand assembly in our studio in New York City. Our paper stocks are domestically made and either FSC-certified or 100% tree free. The quality of our materials allow for our products to be beautifully made and we are proud for them to be a part of your special occasion.
Cancelling an Order
In the event that you need to cancel your order for any reason, please provide written notice. Please note that the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Orders cannot be cancelled after approval for printing.
