  • Choose a Collection

    Once you have decided on a Collection, add the pieces that you are interested in to your wish list and fill in your contact information. You should receive a confirmation email once you have submitted your wish list.

    Please note that we do our best to accommodate all wedding inquiries but, due to our boutique nature and since our Collection pieces are made to order, we are limited in the number of weddings we can take on each year.

  • Place your Order

    We will respond to you within 2-3 business days with pricing and options, a text & palette form with our press colors and guidance for crafting your copy, as well as a timeline quote. We are happy to schedule a 20-minute consultation to discuss the details and any questions you may have.

  • Design Process

    After we have received your completed text form and full payment, Yuling Designs will send you an initial digital PDF proof within 3-4 business days. You will have an opportunity to collaborate with our design team to perfect your proofs for printing through one round of edits with one additional free digital proof for approval for printing. Additional rounds of edits and digital proofs are available for a fee. We look forward to tailoring our Collection pieces to reflect your personal style.

  • Approval for Printing

    Once your designs are finalized and we have received your approval for printing, we will begin processing your order for production.

  • Production & Shipping

    Our design team is hands-on in overseeing the entire production process and will see to it that we provide you with the finest quality goods. All orders will ship from New York City within 15 business days after your approval for printing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and estimated arrival dates once your order has shipped.

    We offer flat rate USPS shipping for all Collection pieces. The cost of shipping varies depending on the size of your order.
