The Bowery Mission 2016 Gala

The annual Valentine Gala at The Plaza is The Bowery Mission’s biggest and most high profile fundraising events. This year’s designs feature modern and sophisticated typography and a confident heart graphic. These celebratory graphics convey movement and texture, as well as give a subtle wintry look and feel.

The Bowery recently opened a short-term shelter program at their flagship site. And in the coming year, The Bowery is looking to open a new children’s program in East Harlem and a “gateway” residential program for women in Harlem. All of the funds raised at the upcoming 17th annual gala will ensure the organization’s ongoing expansion and ability to meet the needs of the homeless and poor in New York City.
