On February 14, 2018, The Bowery Mission hosted its 19th annual Valentine Gala with a “Love, The Bowery Mission” theme focusing on thanking supporters for allowing the organization to continue to provide compassionate care to New Yorkers in need. This signature event, held at the iconic Plaza Hotel, was a tremendous success and raised nearly 1.2 million dollars.

The branding and design for this event was inspired by the organic nature of vintage, hand-written love letters, but modernized for this sophisticated affair. Mixing layers of textures, graphic splatters, and custom typography, created a striking, yet refined look. For the print pieces, Yuling incorporated a digital rose-gold foil, which highlighted and added drama to the Invitation.
